An internship with Get Engaged Media provides students with practical experience in an agency environment. Department placements are directly related to the student’s program of study, schedule availability, location and the needs of the specific department during that semester. Students will gain valuable real-world knowledge not available in the classroom and entry-level, career-related experience that employer’s value when hiring. Success in this internship will help ensure the development of skills necessary for a lasting and rewarding career in Digital Marketing!

Internship Requirements:

• Minimum commitment of 15 working hours per week within GE hours of operation
• Related major or previous internship experience required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Solution oriented problem-solving
• Base knowledge of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)

Departments:

Influencer & Partnerships - Atlanta, GA / Remote

We are looking for interns who are interested in learning how influencer marketing campaigns are used to support larger brand x celebrity partnerships. Interns will assist various team members with multiple aspects of the campaign life cycle; influencer recommendations, tracking analytics, trend reporting and campaign recaps.

Content Monetization - Remote

We are looking for an intern who has an interest in learning more about the Snapchat Discover, Snapchat Midroll, Facebook, Spotify, Microsoft and Youtube content monetization programs.

Entertainment Influencer - Atlanta, GA / Remote

We are looking for interns to assist in the life cycle of influencer and content-seeding campaigns. From initial outreach to approving posts before they go live, they will be hands-on in all aspects of what it takes to run a successful influencer marketing campaign in the entertainment industry.

Finance/Accounting - Atlanta, GA

We are seeking self-motivated interns who will work with our Accounting team and CFO on special projects and tasks. We are looking for students with an interest in grassroots transactional Accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analytics. We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for analytics (interest in entertainment and media is a plus!).

Social Media - Atlanta, GA / Remote

We are looking for interns to work with our Account Associates and Account Managers across their portfolios of brand and entertainment clients. This might include pulling analytics, reporting on current trends, social media profile research, writing captions, curating content ideas, completing competitive analysis of social media profiles, and other activities surrounding social media account management.
