International Sales Manager (m/f/d) OEM – Agricultural Equipment

Your mission

You will drive the international growth of the OEM business by developing strategic relationships with manufacturers of agricultural machinery, winning new customers and identifying additional business opportunities across Europe, Asia and other international markets. This role is designed for a sales professional who understands the agricultural equipment industry and knows how to manage technically demanding, long-term OEM relationships.

Your responsibilities

Manage and strategically develop international OEM customers in the agricultural equipment industry
Identify and acquire new manufacturers, customer projects and application opportunities
Build sustainable relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, engineering, product management and executive management
Develop new business across Europe, Asia and other selected international markets
Lead commercial negotiations concerning pricing, contracts, framework agreements and long-term supply arrangements
Translate customer requirements into commercially and technically viable solutions in close cooperation with Engineering, Production and Product Management
Take responsibility for revenue growth, margins and customer profitability
Monitor relevant market developments, customer strategies and competitor activities
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade fairs

Your profile

Several years of international B2B sales experience in agricultural machinery, agricultural components or a closely related technical industry
Recent and relevant experience with agricultural OEM customers is strongly preferred
A proven track record in OEM key account management and new business development
Sound technical understanding, ideally relating to agricultural equipment, machinery components, engine technology, wear parts or comparable industrial products
Strong commercial judgement and confidence in complex contract and price negotiations
An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach combined with the ability to develop strategic customer relationships
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Residence within the European Union, with flexibility regarding the location and travel
