We are seeking an Intermediate Technical Business Analyst Intermediate to support a public sector organization managing a portfolio of infrastructure and reorganization projects. This role coordinates the implementation and execution of information technology projects across multiple teams and departments. The ideal candidate will organize technology service setup and reconfiguration for new facilities and office relocations, coordinate requests for IT systems and infrastructure, and oversee projects that implement existing approved solutions. The focus is on ensuring uninterrupted operations, meeting stakeholder expectations, and delivering projects that range from internal divisional initiatives to multi-ministry implementations.

This position requires someone who can lead project coordination and stakeholder engagement to support the planning, management, and delivery of IT infrastructure and government reorganization projects. The role involves investigating and coordinating IT changes needed for department restructuring, including modifications to user accounts, security groups, shared mailboxes in Active Directory, network drives, business applications, and telecom services. Responsibilities include confirming business and technical requirements, scheduling and leading project status meetings, creating project documentation, providing oversight to ensure projects meet scope and schedule, maintaining project records in shared platforms, applying project management methodology and governance tools, documenting technical recommendations, ensuring change management processes are followed, and collaborating with multi-disciplined IT teams. The position will work with diverse IT expertise areas including End User Computing, Cloud, Servers, Storage, Network, Active Directory, Security, and Cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years - project coordinator experience leading technical teams in multiple information technology project implementations and executions in an environment of similar size and complexity to a large public sector organization
• 5+ years - defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
• 5+ years - developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, project closures, and dashboards
• 5+ years - managing multiple projects concurrently
• One of the following education credentials: university degree in business, management or related discipline; two-year diploma in business, management or related discipline; one-year certificate in business, management or related discipline; or equivalent project coordinator experience

Nice to Have

• 2+ years - coordinating IT infrastructure projects for a large public sector organization, either working directly or for vendors supporting such projects
• 2+ years - coordinating reorganization projects involving changes to department names and movement of people, services or programs between business departments or government ministries
• 5+ years - developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including at executive level
• 4+ years - leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels
• 5+ years - leading change management and communication planning
