We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and sales-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. This position will work directly with homeowners through inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and sales conversations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, is motivated by performance, and wants the stability of an hourly position with additional commission earning potential.
COMPENSATION
- $24.00 per hour
• 1% commission on gross revenue sold
- Commission increases to 1.5% of gross revenue sold when sales conversion exceeds 20% during the monthly measurement period
• Performance measured on a calendar-month basis
• Hourly compensation plus commission opportunity
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Inside Sales Representative will serve as one of the primary points of contact for homeowners and prospective customers.
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, following up with leads, identifying customer needs, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate CRM information, and helping convert opportunities into sales.
This is more than a traditional call center or customer service position. We are looking for someone who can provide an excellent customer experience while also recognizing sales opportunities, following up consistently, and confidently moving customers through the sales process.
The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, organized, coachable, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day speaking with homeowners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners and prospective customers
• Respond quickly and professionally to new customer inquiries and leads
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their roofing or exterior home improvement needs
• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
• Schedule appointments for the appropriate sales or operations team
• Help move qualified opportunities through the sales process
• Discuss company services and help homeowners understand their options
• Follow up on estimates and outstanding sales opportunities
• Work to convert leads and opportunities into sold projects
• Maintain accurate customer information, notes, follow-up activity, and sales information within the CRM
• Confirm appointments and maintain consistent communication with homeowners
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project timelines, and general questions
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet individual activity, conversion, and sales expectations
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
• Help improve customer response times, conversion rates, and overall customer experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous inside sales, call center, appointment setting, or customer service experience
• Roofing, construction, exterior remodeling, or home services experience preferred
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer communication
• Previous experience working with CRM systems
• Experience following up with leads and closing sales opportunities
• Remote work experience preferred
