AsanInsideSales&DistributionSpecialist, you will play a vital role in driving commercial growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences within our Wood Protection business. Supporting our Anti-Sapstain and Wood Protection product portfolio, youwillcollaboratecloselywithcustomers,distributors,supplychainpartnersandinternalstakeholderstoensureseamlessexecutionofsalesactivitiesanddistributionoperations acrosstheEasternUnitedStates.

EssentialJobFunctions:

• ManagesalesactivitiesforassignedcustomersanddistributionpartnersacrosstheAnti-Sap stainandWoodProtectionportfolio.

• Serveasaprimarypointofcontactforcustomerinquiries,quotations,ordermanagementandproductavailability.

• Develop strongrelationshipswithdistributorsandcustomerstosupportretention,growthandmarketexpansion.

• Coordinatecloselywithsupplychain,logisticsandcustomerserviceteamstoensureon-timeproductdeliveryandresolutionofcustomerissues.

• Identifysalesopportunitiesthroughaccountanalysis,customerengagementandmarketintelligence.

• Supportpricing,forecastinganddemandplanningactivitiestooptimizecommercialperformance.

• MaintainaccuratecustomerandsalesinformationwithinCRMandbusinesssystems.

• Contributetocontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatenhancecustomersatisfactionandoperationalefficiency.

Qualifications&Experience:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,SupplyChain,Chemistryorarelatedfield,orequivalentrelevantexperience.

• Minimum 3 yearsofexperienceininsidesales,customerservice,distributionmanagementorcommercialoperationswithinaB2Benvironment.

• Experienceworkingwithdistributorsandcustomersinspecialtychemicals,industrialproducts,woodprotectionorrelatedmarketsispreferred.

• Abilityandwillingnesstotravelupto20-30% throughout the EasternUnitedStatestosupportcustomerrelationships,distributorengagement,fieldtrials,andindustryevents.

• Strongcommunication,relationship-buildingandproblem-solvingskills.

• Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesanddeliverresultsinafast-pacedenvironment.

• ProficiencyinCRMplatformsandMicrosoftOfficeapplications.

• Demonstratedcommitmenttoteamwork,accountabilityandcustomersuccess.

Compensation&Benefits

Theexpectedsalaryrangeforthisroleis$78,497to$101,714,butspecificemployeecompensationmayvarydependingonfactorsincludingexperience,education,training,licensure,certification,locationandotherjob-related,non-discriminatoryfactorspermittedbylaw.
