Influencer & Affiliate Manager

The Influencer & Affiliate Manager will manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of The Doux’s influencer and affiliate programs. Reporting to the Head of Social & Influencer Marketing, this role will build strong creator relationships and deliver programs that support brand awareness, product education, content creation, and sales.

This is an experienced individual contributor responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing programs. They recruit affiliates, negotiate commission structures, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize revenue and conversions. The ideal candidate can identify relevant talent, manage campaigns from outreach through reporting, and help turn promising creator relationships into sustained brand advocacy and affiliate performance.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Discovery & Relationship Management

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators, professional stylists, ambassadors, and affiliate partners aligned with the brand’s audience and objectives.
• Assess potential partners based on content quality, audience relevance, engagement authenticity, brand fit, and performance history.
• Manage outreach, onboarding, ongoing communication, and relationship development.
• Maintain an organized creator database with partnership history, rates, deliverables, rights, and results.
• Recommend opportunities to develop high-performing creators into longer-term partners.

Influencer Campaign Execution

• Manage paid partnerships, product seeding, gifting, and ambassador activations from planning through completion.
• Develop creator briefs with input from Brand, Creative, and Education.
• Coordinate product shipments, content timelines, approvals, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
• Negotiate fees and deliverables within approved budgets and partnership guidelines.
• Coordinate agreements, invoices, payments, content permissions, and documentation.
• Review content for brief alignment, approved claims, disclosure requirements, and brand standards.

Affiliate Program Management

• Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain affiliate partners across approved programs and platforms.
• Equip affiliates with product education, campaign information, creative assets, links, codes, and samples.
• Recommend commission structures, incentives, and activation opportunities for Director approval.
• Monitor partner activity, attributed sales, conversion, commissions, and program costs.
• Identify inactive or underperforming partners and implement appropriate engagement or optimization plans.
• Partner with E-commerce on tracking, product availability, promotional accuracy, and purchase experience.

Content & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with the social team to integrate creator content into the broader content calendar.
• Maintain a usable library of approved creator assets, including usage permissions and expiration dates.
• Identify content suitable for paid amplification and coordinate permissions with Paid Media and E-commerce.
• Support product launches, retailer initiatives, events, and education programs with relevant creator participation.
• Surface creator feedback, consumer questions, and emerging content opportunities to internal partners.

Reporting & Optimization

• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, budgets, deliverables, and performance dashboards.
• Report on content delivery, reach, engagement, traffic, affiliate activation, attributed sales, and costs.
• Evaluate results against campaign objectives and recommend improvements to creator selection, briefs, incentives, and investment.
• Flag execution risks, budget changes, and partnership issues early, with proposed solutions.
• Create a creator ecosystem and file to maintain outreach and library.
