Industry & Critical Risk Management Specialist

🚀 We’re Hiring: Critical Risk & Operational Safety Specialist – Brazil

📍 Italy | 🌍 International Exposure | 💻 Safety + Technology

Turn your safety expertise into a solution that helps save lives.

Have you worked on the ground in construction, electricity utilities, or infrastructure safety? Do you believe that technology can make a real difference in preventing serious injuries and workplace fatalities?

At Forwood Safety, we’re looking for an experienced safety professional who understands the realities of high-risk industries and can translate that knowledge into practical solutions that help organisations better manage critical risks and protect their people.

This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional safety management. You’ll combine your industry expertise with innovative SaaS technology, working closely with our sales team, customers, and industry partners to demonstrate how effective Critical Risk Management can make a difference in the real world.

🌟 What makes this opportunity exciting?

• Make a meaningful impact: Help organisations strengthen critical risk controls and prevent serious injuries and fatalities.
• Bring safety and technology together: Use your practical industry knowledge to demonstrate the value of modern SaaS-based safety and risk management solutions.
• Engage with industry leaders: Work with customers, contractors, partners, frontline teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Expand your horizons: Gain exposure to international markets and collaborate with teams and customers beyond Italy.
• Influence the future of safety: Share customer insights and industry knowledge to help shape product development and improve our solutions.
• Be part of business growth: Partner with the sales team to build customer confidence, support new opportunities, and grow our solutions in the market.

🔍 What will you be doing?

• Demonstrate how Critical Risk Management (CRM) and our other safety solutions address real-world operational challenges.
• Bring practical field experience into customer conversations, product demonstrations, and sales engagements.
• Engage with prospective customers and industry partners, both virtually and on-site in Italy and internationally.
• Understand customer safety challenges, gather feedback, and share valuable insights with our sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Stay informed about industry practices, regulations, and developments in serious injury and fatality prevention.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to customer engagement, revenue growth, and long-term product adoption.
• Travel internationally when required to support customer and business needs.

🎯 What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on safety experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for preventing workplace fatalities.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in operational safety or risk management within construction, electricity utilities, infrastructure, or another high-risk industry.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in operational environments.
• A strong understanding of safety management systems, critical risk controls, and serious injury and fatality prevention.
• Practical field experience and the ability to explain complex safety concepts in clear, relatable language that resonates with frontline workers and senior leaders alike.
• Confidence in delivering presentations, facilitating discussions, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• An interest in technology and digital safety solutions. Experience with SaaS, EHS, or risk management platforms is an advantage, but not essential.
• A commercially aware mindset and the ability to connect customer needs with practical solutions.
• Fluency in both Brazilian and English, written and spoken.
• Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety, Risk Management, or a related discipline—or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

💡 Who would be a great fit?

You could be a safety professional, operational risk specialist, critical risk expert, or industry practitioner who wants to use your experience in a broader, more commercially focused role.

You don’t need to be a software expert. What matters most is your understanding of high-risk operations, your ability to build trust with customers, and your passion for making safety solutions practical and effective.

🌍 Ready to make your industry experience count?

If you’re passionate about critical risk management and want to help bring meaningful safety improvements to organisations around the world, we’d love to hear from you.
