Job Overview
The Sales Representative Associate is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth through proactive communication and sales activities.
The role
This role involves supporting clients across the company’s full range of products and services via phone, chat, and ticket, identifying sales opportunities, handling renewals and billing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The position also contributes to cross-sell and upsell initiatives, manages pricing negotiations, and supports sales projects and reporting efforts to help achieve overall business targets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through outbound/inbound communication to promote new products, identify sales opportunities, handle renewals and billing requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct cross-selling and upselling activities to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and handle discount requests in line with company policy.
Manage customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs, customer feedback, market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to address customer needs and support company initiatives.
Participate and lead sales-related projects contributing to revenue growth.
Report bugs and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge through continuous learning.
Among other duties, periodically act outside main responsibilities in order to help the company’s main target as well as develop within it.
Your profile
Professional and friendly customer support skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and efficiency in addressing customer inquiries.
Solid negotiation and sales skills.
Good understanding of sales performance metrics.
Experience in reporting and data analysis.
IT background or technical aptitude (considered a plus).
Product and service knowledge in the field will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong teamwork, cooperation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
