About Daupler

Serving millions of citizens across the U.S., Daupler helps the professionals who run essential services deliver faster, more reliable operations, whether responding to a burst water main, flagging contaminated drinking water, or keeping customers informed during a power restoration. We are the infrastructure for customer service excellence: a utility within a utility. Backed by leading investors and growing quickly, we’re looking for mission-driven people to help bring American infrastructure, and government, into the 21st century.

About the Role

The Implementation Specialist is where the customer relationship comes to life after the deal is signed. You’ll guide new customers from signed contract to full production — configuring our platform to fit their operations, coordinating across teams, and making sure every customer’s first experience with Daupler is a great one. This is a customer-facing, consultative role: you’ll listen closely to understand each customer’s needs, communicate the value of what we do in terms that matter to them, and represent Daupler throughout onboarding. Strong implementations build trust, deepen adoption, and open the door to growth, and you’ll be central to all three.

This is fundamentally a people role. We can teach the technology; we’re looking for someone who connects with customers and keeps complex work organized and on track.
