Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, confident, proactive, and results-driven HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment, talent acquisition, employee management, and HR operations.
This is a hands-on HR leadership position, not a purely administrative role.
The successful candidate will independently manage recruitment, proactively headhunt high-performing professionals, develop effective HR systems, and support organizational growth.
In addition to core HR responsibilities, the candidate must possess strong corporate communication, public relations, and brand representation skills, with the confidence to serve as a professional public-facing representative of Primeful Distribution and E-Com Pioneers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TALENT ACQUISITION & STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT
Independently manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Proactively headhunt qualified professionals rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
Build talent pipelines across Business Development, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Administration.
Prioritize recruiting experienced Business Development Managers, Sales Executives, Brand Acquisition Specialists, and other revenue-generating professionals.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Develop professional job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, structured interviews, and candidate assessments.
Maintain organized recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate pipelines.
Negotiate employment offers and coordinate joining formalities.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and employee retention.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employment documentation, and internal procedures.
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave records, probation reviews, and personnel documentation.
Establish performance evaluation, employee feedback, and accountability processes.
Support employee engagement, retention, professional development, and workplace culture.
Handle employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary matters professionally.
Coordinate HR activities for on-site and remote employees.
Work closely with leadership on workforce planning, compensation structures, and organizational development.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable employment requirements.
3. CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS, PUBLIC RELATIONS & BRAND REPRESENTATION
Serve as a professional public-facing representative of Primeful Distribution and E-Com Pioneers.
Confidently appear in corporate reels, professional videos, recruitment announcements, and company presentations.
Host employee interviews, workplace features, business updates, and professional discussions.
Present company introductions, achievements, services, and career opportunities through engaging video content.
Represent the companies at career fairs, networking events, business gatherings, and professional meetings.
Build relationships with universities, professional communities, recruitment partners, and relevant organizations.
Maintain a confident, credible, and professional corporate image.
Regular on-camera appearances, professional communication, and brand representation are essential responsibilities of this position.
4. SOCIAL MEDIA & EMPLOYER BRANDING
Strengthen the professional presence of both companies on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and relevant platforms.
Develop employer-branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and corporate content ideas.
Plan and participate in professional reels, short-form videos, company updates, and workplace content.
Prepare or coordinate professional captions, recruitment announcements, and corporate communications.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, or marketing professionals to produce high-quality content.
Support content scheduling, publishing, audience engagement, and brand consistency.
Monitor employer-branding performance and recommend improvements.
Advanced graphic design, paid advertising, and complex video production are not primary responsibilities and may be supported by creative professionals.
5. BUSINESS COORDINATION & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Manage professional correspondence and internal corporate communications.
Coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, and business networking activities.
Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, consultants, service providers, and business contacts.
Prepare presentations, company announcements, and relevant documentation.
Support management with corporate coordination and assigned follow-ups.
Maintain effective communication between leadership and employees.
Prepare weekly recruitment updates and periodic HR and employer-branding reports.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, or people management.
Proven experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment and proactive headhunting.
Demonstrated ability to recruit Sales, Business Development, and specialized professionals.
Experience developing recruitment processes, HR policies, and employee management systems.
Previous experience in an e-commerce company, IT organization, digital agency, or professional-services business is highly preferred.
Experience in public speaking, corporate presentations, employer branding, or professional video content is a strong advantage.
Relevant HR certifications, including SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent qualifications, are preferred.

Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and professional social media content.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and basic video content creation.
