HR Intern (Night Shift)

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment and human resources operations by assisting with administrative, candidate sourcing, documentation, and onboarding activities. You will help maintain accurate recruitment records, coordinate hiring activities, support candidate sourcing efforts, and ensure the timely processing and proper organization of HR documents and employee information.

Salary: P400 daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing job posters, job advertisements, and recruitment materials based on approved staffing requirements to support timely talent acquisition
• Post job advertisements on designated recruitment platforms and job boards to maximize candidate reach and application flow
• Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through approved recruitment channels to support open hiring requirements
• Assist in onboarding activities, pre-employment requirements monitoring, and employee documentation collection to support a smooth new-hire experience
• Help update recruitment trackers and candidate status records
• Assist in compiling recruitment metrics and preparing hiring reports
• Support tracking of applications, interviews, offers, and hiring progresHelp convert PMG resumes into the required LLC format
• Assist in organizing, uploading, and maintaining HR and recruitment documents
• Support background checks, employment verification, HR system updates, and employee documentation
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, records maintenance, and audit support
• Help ensure HR records are accurate, organized, secure, and properly maintained
• Perform HR administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, records maintenance, audit support, and other assigned activities.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• No prior work experience required; relevant internship, academic, or organizational experience is an advantage
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, data entry, and document management
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and accurately organize recruitment and HR records and data
• Willingness to learn HR processes, recruitment systems, and organizational policies, with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with internal stakeholders
• Relevant HR, recruitment, or administrative training or certification is an advantage
