What you'll do:

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or startup environments
- Strong recruitment and compensation & benefits knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
