Remote Recruitment is hiring an HR Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You'll keep the people admin running smoothly for a UK team, from onboarding new starters to maintaining accurate employee records.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
- Support onboarding, including contracts and new-starter paperwork
- Track absence, leave and other HR administration
- Respond to routine employee queries
- Help prepare HR reports for the wider team
What you'll need
- Experience in an HR administration or HR support role
- Familiarity with HRIS or similar HR software
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
- Clear written English for policies and correspondence
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UK employment documentation
- Experience with absence management systems
- Prior remote HR support experience
