About this role
Engagement: 1099 contract, per-placement commission. Comp: $50-150 per W-2 hourly hire onboarded + optional 0.5-1.5% residual on shift revenue worked by your recruits for 12-24 months. Location: Remote, market-based (one recruiter per active TWF market). Reports to: PHES Director of Operations.
About The Wilkinson Firm
TWF's Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing division places trained, captain-led, W-2 staff into hotels, venues, caterers, and corporate events across the Southeast. Our bench IS our product. We need recruiters with hospitality industry networks who can build and maintain the W-2 hourly bench in their home market.
Who we want
Hospitality recruiters with industry network. Former hotel HR, banquet manager, F&B leader, or local staffing agency recruiter. Your network of banquet servers, bartenders, captains, prep cooks, and housekeepers in your market is the asset. Comfortable with high-volume W-2 hourly sourcing. SHRM-CP or AIRS certification a plus, not required.
What you would do
- Build the W-2 hourly bench in your market (banquet servers, bartenders, captains, prep cooks, line cooks, housekeepers, event support)
- Source, screen, E-Verify, I-9, background check, onboard new hires
- Coordinate with the Director of Hospitality Operations on bench coverage gaps
- Maintain relationships with active bench staff for retention
- Track bench utilization in TWF's portal
Compensation
$0 base retainer. $50-150 per W-2 hourly hire successfully onboarded (varies by role tier). Optional residual: 0.5-1.5% of shift revenue worked by your recruits for 12-24 months (recurring as long as they work shifts). Self-funding because your bench generates billable shift hours.
