Key Responsibilities
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline

Conduct and coordinate video interviews

Qualifications
Required:
Based in Manila, with the ability to work remotely
College or University Degree
English proficiency at C2 level (written and spoken)
Excellent computer skills and strong presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional

Desirable:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
