micro1 is engaging Hindi Transcription Experts to contribute to a high-impact project for an innovative customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Transcribe audio samples with precision, capturing both Hindi and English content accurately and consistently.
- Review and edit transcriptions to ensure the highest quality and linguistic accuracy, correcting errors and inconsistencies as necessary.
- Annotate audio files by adding relevant metadata and contextual notes that support AI training requirements.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify transcription guidelines and adapt to evolving project specifications.
- Submit completed transcription assignments in alignment with established project milestones and quality benchmarks.
- Provide actionable feedback on tools, workflow processes, and linguistic challenges encountered during transcription tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Hindi, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written forms.
- Demonstrated professional experience in high-accuracy Audio Transcription, particularly with complex or varied content.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality language data.
- Familiarity with industry-standard transcription platforms or tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarifying ambiguities and documenting insights effectively.
- Adeptness at balancing multiple assignments and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Experience with AI training, data annotation, or linguistic resource development is advantageous.
