We're looking for an ambitious, commercially focused and inspiring Head of New Business Sales to lead our national Commercial Collections sales function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our national sales strategy, develop a high-performing team and drive profitable growth across SME, mid-market and strategic customers.
The Opportunity
You'll lead our national new business sales team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Telesales, Pricing, Finance and Operations, you'll help deliver sustainable growth and outstanding customer outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering our national new business sales strategy, achieving revenue, margin and customer acquisition targets.
- Leading, coaching and inspiring our sales teams to achieve their full potential.
- Driving sales performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting and CRM.
- Leading strategic opportunities, commercial negotiations and new business acquisition.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships to deliver profitable growth and excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced sales leader with:
- A proven track record of delivering B2B sales growth and commercial results.
- Strong leadership skills and experience developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven approach to sales performance and continuous improvement.
- The ambition, energy and drive to lead change and deliver results.
Experience in commercial collections, waste management or environmental services would be an advantage.
