Head of IB – Thailand (Thai speaking) Overview A multinational online-trading broker is looking for a Thai-speaking Head of IB to drive regional growth in Thailand. This leadership role owns IB performance, builds strategic partnerships and leads a team of Business Development Managers to ambitious revenue and volume targets. Responsibilities- Own IB performance and growth in Thailand against revenue, volume and expansion targets
- Build and execute a strategic plan for the Thai market
- Spot new opportunities, solve market challenges and deliver measurable growth
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Business Development Managers
- Set and track clear KPIs and take corrective action where needed
- Acquire new partners while deepening existing relationships
- Align with Support, Dealing, Payments, Product and Compliance on market initiatives
- Analyse partner performance and market data to optimise results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years in Business Development and IB management at an FX/CFD broker (required), incl. 2–3 years in leadership
- Fluent Thai and English
- Proven people-management and coaching experience
- Strong stakeholder and partner negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting
- Solid knowledge of FX/CFD trading markets
- USD 3,500–5,000/month plus bonuses
