Sweepstakes Casino & Real-Money Gaming
300+ employees. 10+ years in gaming. Multiple international brands.We are an established and rapidly growing gaming company operating across Sweepstakes Casino and Real-Money Gaming. We are looking for a senior commercial leader to own the player economy and monetization strategy across our portfolio.

About the Role
You will own the player economy across our RMG and Sweepstakes brands: bonuses, offers, VIP and loyalty, GC/SC coin packages and pricing, segmentation, economy-driven features, game RTP and content mix. You set the economic rules, measure the outcomes and adjust.
You will work across Product, CRM, VIP, User Acquisition, Analytics, Casino, Customer Service and Marketing so every team operates against one economic and monetization plan.
What You Will Do
Define monetization and economy strategy by vertical, brand and player segment: bonus cost as a share of GGR, promotional depth, VIP reinvestment, pricing and RTP policy.
Own the bonus and offer framework: mechanics, eligibility, cost models, wagering/playthrough rules and abuse controls.
Own player segmentation and lifecycle monetization across new, active, retained, lapsing, reactivated, high-value and VIP players.
Design and price GC/SC coin packages, bundles, first-purchase/first-deposit offers and personalized offers.
Own VIP and loyalty economics: tier thresholds, reinvestment rates, rewards and cost per tier; automatically control spend on negative-value players.
Approve the economics of promotions proposed by CRM, VIP, Customer Service and Marketing and hold teams accountable to the plan.
Set RTP policy by brand, market and game category, and manage game/provider mix against margin and retention targets.
Define economic requirements for features including bonus engines, gamification, missions, tournaments, jackpots, cashback and loyalty.
Own A/B testing across pricing, bonus depth, packages, rewards, promotions and economy features; scale what works and stop what does not.
Forecast the impact of changes before release and report actual performance against forecast after launch.
Define economy and monetization dashboards with Analytics and run a regular economy review with leadership.
Work with Compliance to ensure bonus terms, RTP disclosure and promotional mechanics remain within the rules of each market.
What You Bring
5+ years in Monetization, Game Economy, LiveOps, Product or Revenue Optimization within iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Casino or highly monetized F2P gaming.
Direct ownership of bonus, promotional, economy or VIP reinvestment budgets, with measurable results you can demonstrate.
Proven ability to improve revenue, payer/depositor conversion, retention, ARPPU and player LTV.
Working knowledge of slot mechanics, RTP models, volatility, bonus abuse patterns and wagering/playthrough design.
Understanding of dual-currency Sweepstakes economies: Gold Coins / Sweepstakes Coins, purchases, promotional currency, playthrough and redemption.
Strong analytical skills: able to build cost models and independently interpret cohort, segmentation and LTV data.
Track record of controlled experimentation and changing commercial decisions based on evidence.
Leadership experience and the ability to challenge commercial teams and explain economics in clear business language.
Strong advantages:direct US Sweepstakes experience, operator-side experience with CRM/bonus engine platforms, multi-brand experience, RMG casino experience, SQL/BI capability and experience building or leading monetization/economy teams.
How Success is Measured
Bonus and promotional cost as a share of GGR within target by vertical, brand and segment.
Effective RTP and margin within policy while protecting retention and player value.
VIP reinvestment proportional to player value and profitability.
Improvement in second purchase / second deposit rates, payer conversion, ARPPU, retention and LTV.
Incremental revenue from A/B tests, new features, pricing and segmentation without costs growing faster than revenue.
