The Head of Commercial Analytics will lead the use of commercial analyticsandAI-enabledinsightgenerationto support product launches, in-market performance, and pipeline planning acrossargenx US Commercialization.The role will leverageenterprise data, platforms, andcapabilitiesto translate complex informationinto practical decision support forUS Commercial leaders and teams, drivingstrongerorganizational impact andamplifyingargenx’sabilitytoimprovepatientoutcomes.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Drive commercial decision-making, performance management, and business planning acrossargenx US Commercializationbyleveragingdata management, AI enablement, andself-serve analyticscapabilities as criticalenablers.
Inspire, coach, manage and develop employees to achieve and grow as individuals and a cohesive team
Effectively manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, actionable deliverables that support US Commercializationpriorities.
Establish an innovative culture that advances objective, data-driven decision-making byembeddingtrusteddata, scalable analytics, AI-enabledmethods, and self-serveinsighttoolsinto commercial business routines.
Deliver integrated commercial, customer, patient, product, and performance insights that are actionable for teams and support achievement of Commercial goals.
Translate US Commercializationbusiness needsinto high-valueanalytics, reporting, and AI use cases that support existingand future assets.
Analyze, synthesize, and interpret data across sources togeneratetimely, meaningful reports, dashboards, and executive-ready recommendations for brand and leadership teams.
Support senior management readinessforkeyinvestor calls and meetings, includingearnings calls, JPM, andotherexternalengagements, byprovidingtimely data facts, insights, and executive-ready briefing materials.
Serve as a senior commercial analytics partner to business leaders, helping teams interpret data, apply AI-enabledinsights, andmake faster, more informeddecisionsacross provider, patient, payor, and performance domains.
Ensure US Commercial teams can access, understand, andconfidentlyusetrusted data, analytics, and AI-enabledinsightswithin brand, launch, performance, and pipeline planning processes.
Accelerate AI usageacross US Commercializationbyidentifyingdecision points where AI-enabledanalyticscanimprove planning, execution, and performance management, andbychampioning adoption of scalablesolutions.
Support assessment of Commercial strategies and tactics through performance measurement, ROI analytics, predictiveinsights, and recommendations thatoptimize the use of existingandfuture resources.
Partner with Finance to manage the department budget including vendor agreements and contracts.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Adaptive and motivated to build and lead while "rolling up their sleeves" to get it done
Solid business, planning and budget management acumen
Demonstrated experience managing commercial vendors andservice providerstodeliveractionableanalytics, insights, and business support.
Ability to motivate and lead teams
Record of attracting and developing strong talent both internally and externally. Proven ability to grow and develop others
Abilitytotranslate US Commercializationprioritiesinto practicaldata, AI, andself-serve analyticsrequirementsand adoption plans.
Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements to pharmaceutical commercial operations
Education and Qualifications:
BA or BS required, MBA Preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial functionswithin the biopharmaceuticalindustrywith 5-7 years in commercial analytics, business intelligence, performance analytics, forecasting, or AI-enableddecision support.
Comprehensive understanding of commercial data sources, reporting, segmentation, forecasting, performance analytics, advancedanalyticsmethodologies, and the application of AI toimprove business decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to effectively define business issues and recommendations
Start-up and Launch experience a plus
Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors
For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $236,000.00 - $324,500.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to retirement savings plans, health benefits and other benefits subject to the terms of the applicable plans and program guidelines.
