Head of Business Operations (RunMonsterRun)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented operator to become a strategic operational partner to the three founders of RunMonsterRun and Telos Media helping coordinate and scale the business as the RunMonsterRun brand continues to grow.

This person will transform ideas into execution by coordinating projects, aligning senior stakeholders, tracking priorities, and ensuring critical initiatives move forward. They will work across the founders' different priorities, working styles, and areas of ownership, creating alignment and driving follow-through across functions.

A key part of the role will also be taking ownership of RunMonsterRun's production timelines, ensuring projects stay on track, dependencies are managed, bottlenecks are identified early, and the relevant stakeholders remain aligned throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional project and production management skills with strong business judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to independently navigate ambiguity while coordinating multiple senior stakeholders and concurrent priorities.

This is a role for someone who naturally creates structure, anticipates problems before they arise, follows through relentlessly, and enjoys building operational foundations in a fast-moving, evolving creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic operational partner to the founders, coordinating across their different priorities, working styles, and areas of ownership.
• Manage and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and consistent follow-through across initiatives.
• Own and manage RunMonsterRun production timelines, including milestones, dependencies, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Create visibility across project status, production milestones, risks, dependencies, and upcoming priorities.
• Protect the founders' time by coordinating meetings, managing priorities, organizing information, and reducing operational overhead.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners.
• Build and improve documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and project management systems.
• Research, evaluate, and help execute new growth opportunities for RunMonsterRun, including partnerships, products, distribution channels, monetization initiatives, and other strategic business opportunities.
• Step into ambiguous situations, identify what needs to happen, and independently drive initiatives forward.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Producer, Chief of Staff, Production Management, Operations Leadership, or similar roles.
• Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple senior stakeholders or executives.
• Experience managing production timelines and workflows, ideally within media, entertainment, creative, or another fast-paced production environment.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing track of details.
• Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from idea through execution.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to identify opportunities, assess priorities, and turn ideas into action.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and self-directed.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority.
• Strong ability to manage up, keep senior stakeholders aligned, and drive accountability and follow-through.
• Strong documentation and operational process improvement skills.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
