Head of Business Development - Bitcoin Mining (US)

EMCD is a leading crypto technology company, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We're expanding globally and building a full ecosystem of crypto services: payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We're now entering the US mining market, and we're looking for the person who will own that launch end to end. This isn't a traditional sales seat and it isn't a role with a ready-made playbook, it's for a hunter and industry operator who already knows this market, has the relationships to open doors, and can turn them into signed partnerships and real hashrate. You'll work directly with our founder and shape how EMCD grows in the US.

What you'll do

• Own EMCD's go-to-market and expansion strategy across the US mining ecosystem.
• Build partnerships with mining pools, hosting and infrastructure providers, OTC desks, and institutional miners.
• Open and win new business through your own industry network.
• Lead C-level negotiations and partnership discussions.
• Structure and close commercial terms, technical integrations, and partnership agreements.
• Work end-to-end with product, legal, and commercial teams to get deals done.
• Read the market - competitors, trends, and where the next opportunity is, and feed it back into strategy.

What you bring

• A real track record in the crypto mining / mining infrastructure space - you've operated inside it, not around it.
• A proven record of driving hashrate growth and onboarding large mining clients.
• A strong, active network in the US mining market - people know you, not just your LinkedIn.
• Strategic B2B partnership and enterprise-level negotiation experience.
• The drive to work autonomously and build with little hand-holding.
• Deep understanding of mining pool economics and market dynamics.
