GTM Engineer

Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce. We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.

Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems that power how we find, engage, and convert customers. This role sits within the Revenue org, operating across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps – built for someone who thinks in pipelines, builds in Clay, and measures success in meetings booked and revenue influenced.

What You'll Do:

Outbound Infrastructure

• Build and maintain automated lead generation systems: enrichment pipelines, ICP scoring models, and sequencing logic
• Own email deliverability infrastructure: domain setup, warm-up, authentication, inbox rotation, and ongoing monitoring
• Design personalization and dynamic copy logic that drives reply rates, not just sends

Revenue Automation

• Build automated workflows connecting our GTM stack (CRM, sequencers, data sources, and enrichment tools) via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Identify and operationalize buying signals to trigger outbound at the right moment for the right contact
• Maintain HubSpot as the source of truth: clean data, meaningful properties, functional workflows

Tooling & Operations

• Evaluate and pilot new AI and GTM tools, integrating what works into the core stack
• Own reporting on pipeline influenced by automated systems — meetings booked, sequences launched, lead-to-opportunity conversion
• Partner with AEs and SDRs to identify workflow gaps, broken handoffs, and opportunities to automate manual work

What We're Looking For:

**This role weighs demonstrated skills over resume credentials. We'll ask for a portfolio and evaluate hands-on ability during the interview process.**

• Proven experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, or a technical demand gen role, or a sales background where you've built your own systems
• Hands-on experience building data enrichment workflows and multi-step automation in production
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (we use HubSpot) and email automation tooling
• Comfortable making API calls, working with webhooks, and connecting tools via no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Commercial instinct. You think in pipeline generated and demos booked, not automations shipped
• Able to move fast, work autonomously, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with affiliate or partner marketing platforms; familiarity with the Ecommerce seller ecosystem; SQL or basic Python
