Illuvium is building an interconnected universe of blockchain-enabled games, combining high-quality game development, digital ownership and a global player community. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow the Illuvium ecosystem across our games, products and community.
The Role
This is a broad, execution-focused individual contributor role for someone who can develop marketing campaigns and personally deliver the work.
You will run paid user-acquisition campaigns, support Illuvium’s social channels, deliver email marketing and coordinate selected influencer relationships. You will help us attract new players, re-engage existing community members and improve the performance of our marketing activity.
You should be comfortable moving between creative work, campaign execution and performance analysis. We are also looking for someone who actively uses modern AI tools to research audiences, develop campaign concepts, create and adapt content, and improve the speed and quality of their work.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise paid user-acquisition and direct-response campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting and creative testing while monitoring acquisition, conversion and engagement metrics.
Plan and deliver social content, campaign copy, community announcements and email campaigns for launches and player re-engagement.
Coordinate influencer activity and collaborate with product, design, game development and community teams on campaigns and launches.
Use AI tools for market research, campaign ideation, content creation, audience analysis and workflow automation.
Report on campaign performance, share actionable insights and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience running paid advertising or user-acquisition campaigns and optimising them against measurable performance targets.
Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing, audience targeting, conversion funnels and creative testing.
Experience delivering social media content and email campaigns, with strong copywriting and communication skills.
Comfortable independently executing campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving remote environment.
Confident using performance data and modern AI tools to improve marketing decisions and execution.
A genuine interest in gaming and an understanding of player and online community behaviour.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing games, Web3 products, gaming platforms or consumer technology.
Experience with mobile or PC game acquisition and gaming creators or influencers.
Knowledge of attribution, analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools.
Creative-production skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe products or AI creative platforms.
What Success Looks Like
During your first three to six months, you will:
Establish and execute a clear growth plan across paid acquisition, social media, email and influencer activity.
Launch measurable campaigns and improve the consistency of Illuvium’s marketing communications.
Build repeatable processes for testing audiences, messaging and campaign creative.
Provide reliable performance reporting and clearer visibility into the drivers of player growth.
Introduce practical AI-enabled workflows that improve the team’s speed and effectiveness.
