Bedrock Facility Solutions helps companies with multiple locations manage repairs, maintenance, assets, service providers, and facility operations.

Our Pebble platform gives facility teams one place to manage work orders, communication, estimates, invoices, response times, assets, and location history.

About the Role

Bedrock needs someone who can turn what we know about facility operations into marketing that gets the right companies interested.

This is not a role built around posting content just to stay active. The work should help owners, operations leaders, and facility teams understand the problems Bedrock solves and give our sales team more qualified conversations.

You will create and manage campaigns across content, email, search, social media, landing pages, and other channels. You will also track what brings in the right audience, what turns into meetings, and what needs to change.

What You Will Do

• Build growth campaigns for Bedrock Facility Solutions and Pebble.
• Create marketing that speaks directly to companies operating multiple locations.
• Research the needs of owners, executives, operations leaders, facility managers, and finance teams.
• Write and improve website pages, landing pages, emails, articles, case studies, guides, and sales materials.
• Manage Bedrock’s organic LinkedIn content and help company leaders develop useful industry content.
• Improve Bedrock’s search visibility through practical SEO research and content.
• Create email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot, Brevo, or similar platforms.
• Build landing pages and calls to action that turn website visitors into conversations.
• Plan and manage paid search or paid social campaigns when they support a clear business goal.
• Work with Sales to understand which messages are starting conversations and which are being ignored.
• Work with Operations and Customer Success to turn real facility problems and client results into useful marketing.
• Support product marketing for Pebble, including feature announcements, demonstrations, use cases, and launch materials.
• Maintain accurate campaign, source, and lead information in HubSpot.
• Track website conversions, qualified leads, booked meetings, campaign performance, and pipeline influenced by marketing.
• Test different messages, audiences, pages, and offers instead of relying on assumptions.
• Review competing facility management and CMMS companies to understand how Bedrock can communicate its differences more clearly.
• Help coordinate Florida events, partnerships, and local marketing opportunities when needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
• Experience creating and running campaigns across more than one marketing channel.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain an operational problem without filling the page with buzzwords.
• Experience with email marketing, landing pages, SEO, social media, and campaign reporting.
• Experience using a CRM and marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Brevo.
• Ability to connect marketing activity to qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline.
• Comfort working with website analytics, conversion rates, campaign metrics, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage campaigns from the initial idea through launch, reporting, and improvement.
• Experience marketing B2B software, professional services, facility management, property technology, or multi location operations is helpful.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or similar tools is helpful.
• You must currently reside in Florida and be available for occasional company meetings or events within the state.

A college degree is not required. We care about the quality of your work, your judgment, and whether you can show how your marketing contributed to a business result.

Compensation

This is a full time W2 position with a competitive base salary and a target performance bonus. The base salary range is displayed on this posting.
