Growth Marketing Lead

82DASH is building a new kind of customer growth engine - combining performance marketing, customer seeding and content activation to help brands recruit their target audience, get them creating, and turn participation into sales.

We run managed campaigns for consumer brands that combine paid acquisition, incentives, customer participation and content collection. Instead of simply buying clicks, brands can acquire new customers while generating real content, consumer insight and ongoing opportunities for activation.

We’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to lead the service side of 82DASH - owning customer seeding and content activation campaigns from strategy through to execution, performance and optimisation.

This could be a strong fit for someone coming from a Performance Marketing Lead, Brand Marketing Lead, Head of Acquisition or Consumer Marketing Manager role who wants to combine creative brand thinking with measurable growth.

Tasks

• Own customer seeding campaigns from brief through to launch, optimisation and reporting
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across paid social and other acquisition channels
• Develop campaign concepts that encourage target customers to participate, create content and trial products
• Work directly with brands to define target audiences, incentives, campaign objectives and success metrics
• Build campaigns that combine acquisition, content creation, consumer insight and product trial
• Own audience targeting, media spend, creative testing and CAC performance
• Develop compelling content challenges, offers and activation mechanics that drive participation
• Work across both new-customer acquisition and existing-customer content activation campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and identify ways to improve CAC, participation, conversion and redemption
• Turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks across brands and verticals
• Work closely with the product team to improve 82DASH based on real campaign needs
• Help shape the positioning, commercial model and go-to-market strategy for the service side of the business

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition or consumer growth
• Experience in a role such as Performance Marketing Lead, Brand Marketing Lead, Head of Acquisition or Consumer Marketing Manager
• Strong understanding of paid social, audience targeting, creative testing and acquisition funnels
• Ability to balance performance marketing with strong brand and creative thinking
• Experience developing campaigns that move consumers from awareness through to action
• Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rates, ROAS and broader growth metrics
• Experience working with B2C, D2C or consumer brands
• Comfortable developing campaign ideas, offers, incentives and creative briefs
• Experience with UGC, creator marketing, customer content or community activation is a strong plus
• Experience with rewards, vouchers, loyalty or incentivised acquisition is a plus
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior marketing teams
• Commercially minded, analytical and highly hands-on
• Clear, practical communicator with a bias to action
• Comfortable in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
