Growth Marketing Executive
About this role
Billion Loops is an AI-first brand, creative and growth company helping ambitious brands turn attention into continuous growth.
We combine brand, creative, influence, performance, media and intelligence to build marketing systems that continuously learn, adapt and compound.
We don't think marketing should run as a straight line.
We think in loops.
The role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who wants to build, test and scale growth systems rather than simply execute campaigns.
You'll work across acquisition, content distribution, performance marketing, analytics and experimentation. You'll help turn ideas into campaigns, campaigns into data, and data into better decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious, analytical and comfortable moving quickly.
What you'll do
Plan and execute growth campaigns across relevant digital channels.
Support paid acquisition, retargeting, conversion and audience growth initiatives.
Work with creative and strategy teams to develop campaigns that earn attention and drive action.
Analyze campaign performance and identify patterns, opportunities and problems.
Build and maintain simple dashboards and reporting systems.
Run experiments across messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages and acquisition channels.
Translate performance data into clear recommendations for what to change next.
Research audiences, competitors, cultural trends and emerging opportunities.
Explore how AI and automation can make marketing execution faster and smarter.
Help build repeatable growth systems rather than one-off campaigns.
Document learnings so every experiment improves the next one.
What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, performance marketing, content marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Comfortable working with numbers, analytics and performance data.
Strong written communication.
Curiosity about consumer behaviour, culture, technology and brands.
A bias toward experimentation and action.
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.
Willingness to learn new tools and channels quickly.
Nice to have
Experience with paid social or search advertising.
Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
Experience with landing-page or conversion optimization.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation or no-code tools.
Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows.
Experience with creator/influencer marketing.
Strong interest in brand and creative, not just performance.
What makes you a Billion Looper?
You question assumptions.
You don't stop at “the campaign worked.”
You ask:
Why did it work? What did we learn? What should we change? What can we test next?
You care about both creativity and outcomes.
You believe data should make creativity better, not replace it.
You'd rather run a smart experiment than spend weeks debating an assumption.
How we work
At Billion Loops, we value:
Curiosity over certainty.
Ideas over hierarchy.
Experimentation over assumptions.
Craft over volume.
Learning over ego.
Impact over activity.
Our internal principle is simple:
Never let a loop end without learning.
Why Billion Loops
You'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, creative, influence, performance, media and AI rather than being boxed into a single marketing discipline.
We're building a company where human creativity and machine intelligence work together.
Create. Connect. Compound.
Billion Loops.
