Growth Marketing Coordinator
About this role
Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and passionate Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at AutoScale Ventures.
In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives across our technology and data businesses, with a focus on identifying opportunities to reach potential customers, exploring new marketing and sales channels, and helping execute campaigns.
We're looking for someone with well-rounded marketing experience who enjoys researching new ideas, trying different approaches, and figuring out what works. You don't need to be an expert in every area of marketing, but you should have a good understanding of how different marketing activities contribute to business growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a remote, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and explore potential marketing and sales channels to help reach new customers.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different platforms.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with outreach, lead generation, partnerships, and other customer acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing projects and deliverables using ClickUp and other collaboration tools.
- Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials, including content and email drafts.
- Explore AI tools, marketing platforms, and new approaches to improve efficiency and results.
- Monitor campaign activities, organize findings, and suggest improvements based on results.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably across multiple marketing activities or channels.
- General understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting or executing marketing initiatives, not limited to social media management.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explore new ideas independently.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and positive attitude — someone who takes ownership and contributes ideas.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with lead generation, email marketing, SEO, outreach, partnerships, or other digital marketing activities.
- Experience identifying or testing new marketing channels.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, or Canva.
- Previous experience working with startups, technology companies, or B2B businesses.
- Educational background in Marketing, or any Marketing Certifications or Trainings.
What We Value:
We're looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to grow in marketing.
You should enjoy learning about new products, audiences, and ideas, and be willing to understand the why behind your work rather than simply completing tasks. We value someone who takes ownership, figures things out, asks thoughtful questions, and looks for ways to improve.
We especially value someone who enjoys exploring new opportunities, understanding customer needs, and finding practical ways to help a business grow.
We value someone who naturally thinks:
- Who are we trying to reach, and what matters to them?
- What other channels or approaches could help us reach potential customers?
- How can I make this more effective or engaging?
- What can I learn from the results?
- What can I proactively suggest or improve?
- How can I use AI and other tools to work smarter and produce better work?
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with the role.
Benefits & Perks:
- Fully Remote Work – Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
- Healthcare Coverage – We provide health benefits for you and your familys well-being
- Leave Days, Vacation Time, and Paid Holidays – Recharge and take the time you need
- Equipment Funds – Get support to set up or upgrade your home office
- Profit Sharing – Monthly and annual bonuses tied to company performance
