Growth Hacker (3+ years)
About this role
About LoopCV
LoopCV is an AI-powered job search automation platform used by 1.7M+ job seekers. We help candidates find, apply to and track jobs automatically, with a suite of AI tools for CVs, cover letters and interview prep. We are bootstrapped, profitable-minded and growing fast, with the US as our main market.
The role
You own the growth engine end to end: acquisition, activation and conversion to paid. You run fast experiments across channels, measure everything and double down on what works. Your north star is paid signups per day.
What you'll do
Design, run and analyze growth experiments across the full funnel (landing pages, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, upsells)
Scale acquisition channels: SEO and programmatic SEO, paid (Google, Meta, TikTok), influencer and creator partnerships, webinars, communities and referrals
Build and optimize lifecycle email and in-app messaging to lift activation, conversion and retention
Manage the influencer and creator pipeline: sourcing, outreach, deals and performance tracking
Own tracking and analytics: GA4, server-side tracking, attribution and funnel dashboards
Run A/B tests on pricing, plans and checkout flows
Explore new channels like AEO/GEO (visibility in AI assistants and answer engines)
Report weekly on experiments, results and next bets
What you bring
3+ years in growth, performance marketing or growth hacking, ideally at a B2C SaaS or subscription product
Proven track record of growing signups or revenue with numbers you can show
Hands-on with paid acquisition, SEO and conversion rate optimization
Strong analytics skills: GA4, Looker Studio or Metabase, basic SQL is a plus
Comfortable with automation and no-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) and AI tools in daily work
Experience marketing to the US market
Fluent English, written and spoken
Bias for action: you ship experiments weekly, not quarterly
Nice to have
Experience in HR tech, career or job search products
Influencer or UGC campaign experience at scale
Familiarity with email platforms like or Brevo
What we offer
Direct impact on a product used by 1.7M+ people
Work directly with the founders, no layers
Freedom to test ideas and own your budget and results
Competitive salary plus performance bonus tied to growth targets
Remote-friendly, flexible hours
