Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

In this position...

As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a small team solving core customer problems. The solutions you help to champion will create an elevated customer experience.

The Digital Product team builds the customer-facing platforms that support Ford’s digital services. Within the Privacy domain, the team helps customers manage their accounts, understand and control how their data is used, and access privacy features—building trust across the digital-service experience.

This position is posted as ‘remote’ unless the selected candidates live within 50 Miles of Dearborn, MI. If so, then it requires a hybrid (4 days/week onsite) schedule.

What you'll do...

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ford’s customer-facing privacy products and capabilities across digital services and connected experiences.
• Identify customer and business needs related to privacy, trust, transparency, and control; turn them into clear product opportunities and prioritized outcomes.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and success measures for capabilities such as privacy settings, consent and preference management, data transparency, and account-level controls.
• Prioritize the roadmap by balancing customer value, business objectives, technical feasibility, privacy risk, and regulatory or policy considerations.

Privacy-by-Design & Customer Experience

• Partner with Privacy, Legal, Security, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to incorporate privacy-by-design principles throughout product discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Make complex privacy concepts understandable and actionable through clear customer experiences, communications, and controls.
• Use research, customer feedback, and journey mapping to identify friction and improve how customers understand and manage their privacy choices.
• Help ensure privacy experiences are consistent across relevant Ford apps, websites, accounts, and connected services.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead and develop a small product team, setting priorities, clarifying ownership, and supporting strong product decisions and execution.
• Build alignment across business and technical stakeholders, communicate trade-offs, and drive decisions in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Coordinate with partner teams to align privacy product roadmaps with digital-service strategies, platform capabilities, and launch plans.
• Represent the customer and product perspective in discussions involving privacy requirements, data use, and service design.

Delivery & Product Lifecycle

• Guide products from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
• Work with engineering and design partners to deliver usable, reliable, and scalable privacy experiences.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback; identify opportunities to improve adoption, comprehension, trust, and task completion.
• Manage product backlogs, releases, and dependencies, adapting plans as customer needs, technology, and requirements evolve.

Data-Informed Decisions

• Define and track product outcomes and key performance indicators, using research and analytics to assess whether privacy experiences are clear, effective, and valuable to customers.
• Use evidence to make prioritization decisions and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

You'll have...

• Bachelors or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing digital or software products.
• 5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or influencing product team members.
• Demonstrated ability to set product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and translate customer and business needs into product requirements.
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, and other functions to deliver products in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering products where privacy, data use, security, identity, consent, or customer trust was a meaningful product consideration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain complex topics and trade-offs clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to use customer research, product analytics, or other evidence to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience bringing to life embedded and cloud software products to life utilizing tools like Figma and Jira.

This position is leadership level 5-6 and ranges from $115,500-$268,300.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
