Your Mission

As a Graphic Designer + Packaging Designer, you’ll create high-performing ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels, alongside packaging and product-related designs.

This is not traditional brand design. Every asset will be tested, measured, and iterated based on performance.

Responsibilities

- Design ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels

- Create packaging and product-related designs

- Create landing page assets and social media content

- Work with creative strategists and media buyers to turn hooks and offers into creatives that convert

- Produce multiple ad variations at high volume without sacrificing quality

- Iterate on creatives based on performance and feedback

- Maintain a warm and consistent brand voice across creative assets

Requirements

• Required Skills
• Portfolio of DTC or performance marketing ad creatives
• Professional packaging design experience
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
• Ability to design visuals, copy, layouts, and CTAs that drive purchases
• Fast and comfortable working with high volumes of creative
• Strong skills in static and motion graphics
• Ability to create scroll-stopping creative while maintaining the brand voice
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
