About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and execution-focused GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing execution, CRM automation, social media, and day-to-day business operations.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only marketing position.
You’ll work across GoHighLevel (GHL), marketing automation, email campaigns, social media, content coordination, executive support, lead generation, and program administration.
Working closely with entrepreneurial leadership, you’ll ensure campaigns, CRM workflows, communication, content, and operational priorities are executed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Own
GoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build, manage, and maintain workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Create and manage:
- Marketing automations
- Email campaigns
- Nurture sequences
- Lead follow-up workflows
- Participant communication workflows
- Maintain accurate contact and pipeline records
- Monitor workflows to ensure automations execute correctly
- Keep CRM data clean, organized, and up to date
- Troubleshoot workflow issues when needed
- Ensure no lead, client, or participant follow-up is missed
Social Media & Marketing Execution
- Create, schedule, and publish content across:
- Online communities
- Manage comments, direct messages, community engagement, and social interactions
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Track engagement and maintain performance reports
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Build and manage email campaigns within GoHighLevel
- Maintain nurture and follow-up sequences
- Coordinate participant and prospect communications
- Monitor campaign workflows and identify issues
- Support lead nurturing from initial engagement through follow-up
- Keep messaging and communication schedules organized
Executive & Operations Support
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational execution
- Maintain:
- Task trackers
- Documentation
- Shared files
- Operational workflows
- Organize communication and prioritize urgent requests
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements
- Help ensure leadership priorities continue moving forward
Content Creation & Coordination
- Create and edit short-form marketing content using tools such as:
- Canva
- Veed
- Opus Clips
- Similar content tools
- Format and organize:
- Guides
- Workbooks
- Scripts
- Cheat sheets
- Digital resources
- Repurpose existing content across different marketing channels
- Maintain consistent branding and presentation across materials
Community & Program Support
- Support participant and member onboarding
- Coordinate ongoing participant communication
- Maintain digital program materials and resources
- Track member progress and updates
- Troubleshoot minor account or platform issues
- Keep program information organized and accessible
- Help deliver a smooth and responsive participant experience
Lead Generation & Research
- Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
- Build prospect lists and outreach databases
- Support lead-generation and outreach campaigns
- Organize prospect information for follow-up
- Compile research, reports, and findings for leadership
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Marketing Operations
- Marketing Coordination
- Executive Assistance
- Virtual Assistance
- Operations Support
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience building or managing:
- CRM workflows
- Marketing automations
- Email campaigns
- Follow-up sequences
- Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses
- Strong proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendar
- Google Drive
- Experience using social media platforms including:
- Familiarity with Canva, Veed, Opus Clips, or similar content-editing tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) business hours

What a Typical Day Looks Like
You might start by reviewing GoHighLevel workflows, CRM pipelines, email campaigns, and outstanding follow-ups.
Throughout the day, you’ll schedule social content, respond to DMs and participant questions, update CRM records, edit short-form content, coordinate calendars, organize program materials, and support leadership with operational priorities.
You may also research prospects, build outreach lists, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure upcoming campaigns and communications are ready to launch.
In short: you keep marketing systems, CRM workflows, content, communication, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.
