What you’ll do

• Own the global social media strategy across owned social channels, influencer marketing, community management and paid social.

• Develop global strategies that can be adapted for priority markets while maintaining a consistent luxury brand experience.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of global owned and corporate social channels.

• Lead global influencer strategy and oversee agency partners, talent selection, campaign delivery and performance.

• Lead paid social execution alongside media and agency partners, ensuring alignment between paid and organic activity.

• Develop audience-first strategies using customer behaviour, cultural insights and platform trends.

• Partner with Brand, PR, Communications, Creative, Ecommerce and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Lead platform-native content planning, editorial calendars and creative frameworks.

• Champion social search and advise on social's role in AI visibility.

• Oversee community management, governance, escalation processes and response frameworks.

• Use social listening to identify trends, audience sentiment and reputation risks.

• Build relationships with platform partners and agencies to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.

• Define KPIs and lead reporting across owned social, influencer, community and paid social, providing strategic recommendations.

About you

• 5+ years' experience in global social media management for luxury, jewellery, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.

• Experience leading owned social, paid social, influencer marketing and community management.

• Experience managing agencies and collaborating across multiple international markets.

• Strong understanding of audience strategy, social search, AI visibility and platform best practice.

• Experience with social listening, reporting and performance analytics.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while representing Greenpark in-house.
