We’re seeking a dynamic Global Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
👉 What you'll be doing:
You’ll be playing a key role in prospecting and qualifying enterprise opportunities within Chattermill's defined Enterprise ICP. This means you will:
Identify, research, and prioritise enterprise target accounts (with $1bn+ revenue) across Europe, the UK, and North America.
Build and execute tailored, multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) aimed at senior leaders in CX, Product, Insights, and Voice of Customer roles.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against both our ICP and non-ICP criteria.
Book and progress qualified meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff and maintaining an accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
Develop strong knowledge of our solution, target customers, and the competitive landscape to engage confidently with enterprise stakeholders.
Continuously iterate and refine your messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting strategy based on conversion data and insights.
🧰 What you’ll need:
6 - 12 months’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Coachable mindset, eager to learn and apply feedback quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Commercial curiosity with a natural ability to understand customer pain points and clearly communicate value
