Global People Operations Manager

People Operations is the operational and employee experience engine of Cint's People function. In this global leadership role, you will own the services, processes and infrastructure that support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.

This is equal parts operational leadership and transformation. You will make sure the fundamentals - employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, data, policies, documentation and benefits - work brilliantly, while building a more scalable, technology-enabled operating model.

Working across People Partnering, Talent, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and People Technology, you will simplify how work gets done and decide what belongs in self-service, automation or AI, and where human judgement and specialist expertise add the greatest value.

What you will do

• Employee Support & ER: Lead a responsive, high-quality first line of People support, with clear service levels, effective case management and risk-based escalation. Build the team's capability to resolve a broader range of standard Employee Relations matters confidently and consistently.

• Simple, Scalable Processes: Own and continuously improve core employee-lifecycle processes, the People knowledge hub, policies and guidance. Create simple ownership, handoffs and escalation paths, balancing global consistency with local requirements.

• Trusted Systems & Data: Own the operational performance of our HRIS and People data, strengthening accuracy, controls and governance. Partner with People Technology on workflows, integrations and system improvements that work for employees and the business.

• AI, Automation & Self-Service: Build effective ticketing, knowledge and self-service experiences. Redesign work before automating it, introduce AI-enabled workflows where they create genuine value, and measure the impact through experience, quality, speed, scalability and capacity created.

• People Operations Transformation: Set and deliver the People Operations roadmap, moving the function from transactional execution towards problem-solving, employee experience and operational consulting. Use service insights to identify root causes and broader organisational opportunities.

• Global Benefits Operations: Lead the operational management of Cint’s global benefits portfolio, partnering with Total Rewards to deliver strong implementation, governance, vendor management and employee experience.

How you'll lead

• Coach and develop a high-performing global People Operations and Employee Relations team, building capability across support, ER, process design, systems, AI, automation, data and employee experience.

• Lead a blended workforce of people and AI agents, designing clear roles, workflows and accountability so human judgement and AI capability combine to deliver better, faster and more scalable outcomes.

• Create a culture that owns outcomes, solves problems at their root and moves comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience leading a global People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Experience or related function - including developing global teams.

• Strong operational knowledge across employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies and the employee lifecycle.

• A track record of transforming operations: simplifying processes, improving service delivery and implementing workflow, self-service, automation or AI-enabled solutions.

• Experience establishing effective case management, ticketing or tiered support models, with sound judgement about what can be standardised and what needs deeper expertise or context.

• Strong systems thinking, analytical capability and stakeholder management, with the ability to connect technology, process, policy, roles and employee experience.

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technology, balanced with pragmatism about where it genuinely creates value.

It would be a bonus if you have

Experience with AI-enabled HR workflows; HiBob or similar platforms; global Shared Services transformation; employee self-service or knowledge management; and/or a fast-moving international technology business.
