GHL Support Virtual Assistant

Position: GHL Support Virtual Assistant

Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM PST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home

Pay: $5–$7 USD/hour DOE

About the Role

We are looking for a GHL Support VA who can provide first-level technical support to clients using GoHighLevel (GHL).

This role is similar to working in a call center or technical support environment, but you will be working remotely from home. You will take incoming support calls from clients who may not be very tech-savvy and help troubleshoot their GHL issues in real time.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming client support calls and clearly understand the issue.
• Troubleshoot common GHL issues while on the call.
• Assist clients with issues such as: - Text messages not being sent
  - Appointment confirmations or reminders being sent incorrectly

  - Workflow or automation issues

  - Appointment scheduling problems

  - Clients having difficulty navigating or using GHL

• Walk clients through basic GHL functions and provide clear instructions.
• Troubleshoot workflows and identify what may be causing an issue.
• Determine when an issue cannot be resolved during the call.
• Document unresolved issues and pass them to the Back-End Support Team for further investigation.
• Maintain professional, patient, and clear communication with clients throughout each call.

Requirements

• Mid-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and understand GHL workflows and automations
• Strong, clear spoken English — this is a client-facing phone support role
• Previous call center, BPO, customer support, technical support, or phone support experience required
• Comfortable handling multiple types of client issues over the phone
• Patient and able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can think through a problem while talking to the client, not just someone who knows how to use GHL.

You should be comfortable saying, "Let me check that for you," investigating the issue, trying a solution, and determining whether it can be resolved on the call or needs to be escalated to the back-end team.
