Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
Address and efficiently resolve customer questions and concerns.
Guide customers through our services to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Gather customer feedback to help improve services.
Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing quality customer care.
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully engage with a new culture.
A keen interest in the iGaming industry is considered a significant asset.
