As a remote interpreter, you will play an essential role in facilitating accurate and effective communication between English speakers and individuals who speak other languages.
Candidate Qualifications:
Fluency in English and at least one additional language
Minimum 1 year of professional interpretation experience
Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
Ability to interpret accurately while maintaining the original meaning and context
Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to interpretation protocols
Ability to work independently in a quiet and secure environment
Technical Requirements:
90% English proficiency
Stable wired internet connection
USB wired headset
Windows 10 or Mac
Quiet and professional home workspace

Your Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and professional interpretation between English and your working language(s)
Follow the interpreter's code of conduct and confidentiality standards
Be familiar with industry-specific terminology, particularly healthcare and medical terminology
Participate in internal professional training when required
Maintain effective communication with your assigned team leader
Ensure accurate communication without omissions, additions, or alterations
