About this role

At Mindera, we don’t just "write code."

We build products we are proud of, with people we love. Software Engineering Applications, including Web and Mobile, are at the core of what we do. We partner with our clients to deliver high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems that impact users and businesses worldwide.

We are a collection of individuals with different stories, but one shared goal: to build a place where we actually want to work. We value empathy, self-organization, and the courage to take risks. If you love solving complex problems and believe that teaching others is the best way to learn, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Role & The Challenge

We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to help build the fitness platform of the future. You’ll work across a modern JavaScript stack, from backend GraphQL APIs to greenfield frontend micro-apps, helping ship high-quality features at pace. In this role, you will design, build, test, and deploy new features end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and take true ownership of daily production releases.

Requirements

You’ll be a Great Fit If...

English is your second nature: Our playground is global. You have great English communication skills, both within engineering and with non-technical colleagues, enabling you to explain complex ideas clearly and collaborate seamlessly.
Fullstack JavaScript is your craft: You have strong knowledge of the fullstack JavaScript ecosystem, with hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
APIs & Data run through your veins: You bring solid experience designing and working with GraphQL APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL).
Speed & Quality matter to you: You have the ability to contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of shipping code to production daily.
The Mindset: You thrive in a politics-free environment and believe the whole team owns the project together.

It’s a Total Bonus If...

Modern UI & Styling: You have experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Storybook.
Reliable Testing: You are comfortable writing tests using frameworks like Jest.
ORM & Containers: You have worked with Prisma and have practical containerization experience with Docker.
