As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a dynamic and talented Fullstack Engineer to join our team and work closely with our Co-founders. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with the potential to become our Head of Technology and lead future tech hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with the Co-founders to develop and enhance our workforce relocation platform.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust features using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Develop and integrate front-end components with Next.js.
Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy, manage, and scale our applications.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies to ensure the platform's reliability and performance.
Lead and mentor future tech hires as the team grows, transitioning into the Head of Technology role.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve our platform.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and other quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a strong background in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Proficiency in front-end development using Next.js.
Solid understanding of cloud technologies, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with Co-founders and other team members.
A passion for learning and professional development, with an interest in cloud-native applications and AI.
Preferred:
Expertise on working with GCP: Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, Cloud Build to orchestrate the CI/CD.
