About the Role
Our client is looking for a relationship-driven Full Desk Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, selection, and placement.
In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers while managing recruitment searches across Sales, Operations, and Executive-level positions within the building materials, cabinetry, and kitchen and bath industries.
You will have the support of an internal team responsible for sourcing, candidate submissions, and inbox management, allowing you to focus on developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and successfully closing placements.
