Compensation:$60 to $80 per hour, commensurate with experience

Full Court Press Communications works with foundations, nonprofits, advocacy coalitions, government agencies, mission-minded businesses, and more. We help these organizations communicate about their social change initiatives, including campaigns on the environment, climate change, healthcare, housing, and homelessness. About the Role(s)/What You’ll Do
We’re seeking graphic designers, website managers, video editors, and social media strategists to provide short-term support on client projects. Our specific needs include the following:
Ability to maintain and update existingWordPress websitesbuilt with Elementor.
Conduct regular website maintenance and security checks.
Troubleshoot and address website issues when needed.
Make limited updates and changes to the website.
Ensure websites remain in compliance with ADA standards.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Ability to build newWordPress websitesand provide ongoing support.
Conceptualize a visual identity, site map, and website layout.
Design and build the website (no coding experience required).
Implement graphic and text changes.
Implement SEO optimization and final backend setup before launch.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Troubleshoot and address website issues when needed.
Make limited updates and changes to the website on an ongoing basis.
Ability to design and editsocial media graphics in Canva.
Create visually appealing designs using the provided text and direction.
Edit and incorporate feedback and input.
Finalize and provide ready to share files.
Ability to conceptualize, script, and editsocial media videos in CapCut.
Provide recommended types of social media videos to create.
Develop a video script that includes a compelling hook and a strong CTA.
Develop a plan to capture needed footage for videos.
Edit raw footage into a shareable product for social media using CapCut.
Edit and incorporate feedback and input.
Finalize and provide ready to share files.
Bonus: Capture social media video content in-person (must be located in the Bay Area).
Ability to conceptualize and run successfulsocial media ad campaignson Meta Business Suite.
Conceptualize a recommended ad campaign taking into account the project's goals, audiences, and budget.
Implement and run the ad campaign, including creating ad copy and visuals and adjusting according to performance metrics.
Provide reporting and analytics throughout the campaign.
Ability to create compellingemail campaignsin MailChimp.
Managing and segmenting contact lists.
Designing email templates and writing compelling copy.
Reporting on campaign performance and making recommendations on adjustments.
Ability to design awide range of compelling visual materials, including brochures, reports, billboards, digital ads, logos, and more, in both Canva and InDesign.
Conceptualize design ideas and create branding, including mood boards.
Create visually appealing designs using the provided text and direction.
Edit and incorporate feedback and input.
Finalize and provide ready to share files.
Based on the skill set of applicants, we may choose to work with one contractor or multiple contractors in order to fill specific needs.
Candidates are encouraged to apply if they bring expertise in at least one of the skills listed above.
Expertise in all of the skills listed is not a requirement.

You are excellent at your craft - whether it’s building websites, creating compelling videos for social media, designing brochures and social media graphics, or any of the other skill sets listed above.
You’ve worked either as a freelancer or in-house, and ideally have experience with non-profits, foundations, communications or marketing agencies, mission-focused businesses, or political campaigns.
You have 3 - 5 years of professional experience, or more, depending on your area of expertise.
You take a proactive approach to getting work done and have experience tracking multiple projects and priorities.
You possess a strong attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and thoroughness.
You have a strong bias for action and seek ways to proactively overcome obstacles and complete projects.
You’re comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, and client-facing environment.
