Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline
- Source potential applicants using online tools and platforms
- Conduct and coordinate video interviews
- Handle email communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with additional administrative and talent-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Based in Manila, Philippines, with the ability to work remotely
- College or University Degree
- English proficiency at C2 level (written and spoken)
- Excellent computer skills and strong presentation/document creation abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Must provide a LinkedIn profile in the CV
Desirable:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
