About this role

About the Show

Just N Life with Nekia Nichelle is a lifestyle and entertainment television series bringing together meaningful conversations, culture, wellness, beauty, fashion, food, entrepreneurship, and everyday inspiration.

The show combines the warmth of a lifestyle program with the energy of a modern talk show, creating partnership opportunities across broadcast television, streaming, digital content, editorial coverage, social media, creator-driven media, and live or experiential extensions.

As the show grows, we are expanding our ability to connect brands with relevant stories, trusted conversations, and culturally meaningful content.

Who We're Looking For

We are not looking for a traditional advertising salesperson who only sells commercial spots or waits for leads to be provided.

We are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven partnership seller who already understands how brands invest in modern media, branded entertainment, sponsorships, integrated marketing, and cross-platform storytelling.

The ideal candidate enters this opportunity with an active and relevant book of business that includes established relationships with brands, advertising and media agencies, CMOs, brand marketing executives, media buyers, partnership leaders, public relations agencies, and sponsorship decision-makers.

This person must know how to open the right doors, identify a brand's business objectives, develop a compelling partnership concept, present the opportunity, negotiate the terms, and move the relationship toward a signed and paid agreement.

This is not an entry-level sales opportunity. It is designed for a proven closer who can confidently represent a growing television property and develop meaningful, high-value partnerships.

The Role

The Freelance Integrated Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Revenue Specialist will be responsible for originating and closing paid sponsorships and brand integrations for Just N Life with Nekia Nichelle.

The primary focus is selling brands into the show through segment sponsorships, season partnerships, presenting sponsorships, category exclusivity, branded entertainment, product or service integrations, and customized cross-platform opportunities.

This role is different from selling an individual marketing campaign. The selected specialist must be able to sell the larger value of the show, its content, its audience, its intellectual property, and its television, digital, social, editorial, and experiential extensions.

The specialist will manage the revenue-development process from the initial relationship and discovery conversation through proposal development, negotiation, closing, payment coordination, and partnership handoff.

What You Will Sell

Partnership opportunities may include:

All partnership concepts, pricing, benefits, editorial involvement, talent usage, category exclusivity, and deliverables are subject to company approval.

Availability and Communication

Candidates must maintain reliable availability Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time.

This does not mean the specialist will be scheduled continuously throughout the entire five-hour window. However, the specialist must generally be reachable and able to schedule prospect meetings, partner calls, sales follow-ups, proposal discussions, and internal coordination during these core business hours.

Activity without qualified movement toward revenue will not be considered sufficient performance.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who is polished, persuasive, proactive, accountable, and commercially sharp.

You should be comfortable initiating conversations, asking direct business questions, discussing budgets, following up consistently, negotiating value, and closing agreements.

You must understand that a strong book of business is more than a list of names. It means maintaining credible, active relationships with people who trust your judgment and are positioned to consider legitimate sponsorship opportunities.

Confidentiality, communication, documentation, and integrity are essential. The specialist may have access to unreleased show concepts, sponsorship pricing, prospective partner information, talent information, production plans, and other confidential business materials.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced partnership professional who wants to help build a growing television property and earn directly from the revenue they generate.

Independent-Contractor Relationship

This is a freelance independent-contractor engagement and not an offer of employment.

The selected specialist is responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance, business expenses, equipment, and other independent-contractor obligations unless otherwise stated in the written agreement.

The specialist may not sign agreements, alter approved pricing, promise editorial coverage, commit production resources, grant usage rights, approve category exclusivity, or otherwise legally bind the company without prior written authorization.
