What You'll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our strategy and copywriting teams to craft stunning, highly functional emails. We're not looking for outdated layouts—we need a designer who understands modern email aesthetics, conversion-focused design, user experience, and what drives engagement right now.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic/Visual Designer, ideally in a fast-paced creative agency setting or managing multiple projects and clients
• Strong foundational design skills with a deep understanding of branding, layout, photography, and high-caliber typography
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for e-commerce and performance-driven campaigns
• Proven ability to quickly context-switch between multiple diverse client accounts without losing momentum or sacrificing quality
• High attention to detail, with strict standards for design execution, file naming/organization, and presentation
• Experience with team communication and project management tools (we use Slack and ClickUp!)

• Own your work across accounts fully, taking pride in every piece of creative you deliver
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first culture—showing up organized, managing your time efficiently, and staying responsive on Slack

Nice to Have

• Basic motion/GIF animation creation
• Familiarity with AI tools (like Gemini Pro) for fast storyboarding, generating background assets, or scaling creative variations
• A sharp eye for flow—spotting when a headline runs too long or a CTA could be punchier to match the visual rhythm

This is a fully remote, hourly freelance role. Must be available to work core US hours.
