About Flosum

Flosum builds a Salesforce native DevOps and release management platform. Enterprise teams use us to manage deployments, data migration, backup and compliance entirely inside Salesforce, without moving metadata or data outside the platform. We work with large, often highly regulated organisations that hold Salesforce to a serious standard.

We are scaling our commercial organisation across the US and Europe, and we are bringing on a group of independent recruiters to help us do it.

How you will work with us

• You will meet with our CEO at least twice a week
• You will join a weekly staff meeting where you can raise questions directly and get answers in the room
• You will be briefed on what to look for, what to avoid, and where not to source from, rather than being handed a requisition and left alone
• Performance is visible weekly. If placements are not working out, you will see that early and so will we

What you would do

• Source and build pipeline for assigned sales, account management and marketing roles
• Screen candidates against our criteria and present a qualified shortlist
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling through to offer
• Give us direct market feedback on compensation and availability in your region
• Keep candidate records current in Workable

Requirements

What we are looking for

• You recruit sales roles as your primary specialism. Marketing recruiting experience alongside it is valuable, but most of this work is sales
• Capacity to commit 30+ hours per week on a consulting or contracting basis
• An active candidate network in the United States or Europe
• Comfortable working at pace. We move quickly on decisions and expect the same
• We prefer to engage individual recruiters rather than agencies

Helpful, not required

• Experience recruiting into the Salesforce ecosystem: ISVs, AppExchange partners or Salesforce consultancies
• Familiarity with DevOps, release management or developer tooling as a category
• Experience hiring across both US and European markets in a single engagement
