About the Role

This is a founding sales position at an early-stage proptech startup building AI-powered tools for real estate professionals. You will be the first sales hire, working directly with the founding team to build the revenue engine from scratch and shaping the systems and processes that will scale the company. This role carries real long-term upside, including a path into sales leadership as the team grows.

What You'll Do

Prospect and qualify real estate agents, commercial buyers, and brokerages through high-volume cold calling using provided lead lists.
Close new subscription deals and handle objections using your real estate domain knowledge.
Collaborate with founders to refine sales scripts, messaging, and targeting strategies based on real market feedback.
Identify gaps in sales processes and help build scalable systems and workflows.
Feed ongoing market insights back to the team to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

What We're Looking For

At least one year of experience working in real estate sales or selling to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages.
Demonstrated high-volume cold calling experience with a track record of consistent outreach.
Experience using modern sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, automation platforms, or AI-driven software.
Comfort learning and selling AI-powered technology products.
Strong systems mindset with an interest in building repeatable, scalable processes.
Experience in early-stage startup or small-team environments with limited structure.
Self-directed and energized by building something from the ground up.
Background in proptech, real estate technology, or AI/SaaS sales is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-only role offering a 25% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue for every customer you close, continuing for as long as the customer remains active. The expected annual income for a strong performer is in the range of $60,000 to $110,000, with uncapped upside. There is a clear opportunity to grow into a senior sales or sales leadership role as the company scales. Visa sponsorship is not available.
