You’ll be Converteo’s first BDR on the ground in North America. We already work with LVMH, Kering, L’Oréal, Lacoste, and Accor. Alongside our Director of Business Development, you’ll bring proven AI solutions to leading Beauty, Luxury, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Travel & Hospitality brands.

What You’ll Do

Build the Outbound Engine:Partner daily with our Director of Business Development to design and scale campaigns across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video.
Lead With Hooks Executives Want:Open doors with CMOs, CDOs, VPs of eCommerce, and Heads of AI using offers like GEO Audits, which show how a brand appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Stay in the Deal:Join discovery calls, help scope projects, and follow your opportunities to signature.
Work the Room:Fill leadership’s calendar before major retail, luxury, and AI conferences, then meet prospects on-site.
Bring Your Own Ideas:Test new plays and AI-assisted workflows on a modern, compliant stack (Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot).

You’ll Thrive Here If…

You’ve hit quota, know you can beat it, and want a seat where uncapped really means uncapped.

You’re a Proven Hunter: 2 to 3+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or tech sales (gained in any country), with a record of beating quota and multithreading enterprise accounts. “No” doesn’t slow you down.
You Know North American Buyers:You’ve prospected into US or Canadian enterprise accounts.
You’re Coachable and Stack-Savvy:You take feedback well and work fluently in Sales Navigator, a sequencing tool, and a CRM like HubSpot.
You’re Curious About AI:No coding needed, just real interest in how AI is changing the way brands sell.
Bonus Points:Experience in Beauty, Luxury, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharma, or Travel, or French for Quebec-based brands (not required).

What’s In It For You (Compensation & Career Growth)

Base salary plus uncapped commission. All amounts in USD.

Base Salary:$60,000 USD
Target Variable (uncapped):$40,000 USD
On-Target Earnings (OTE):$100,000 USD
A Supported Ramp:Quota ramps over your first 90 days, with a guaranteed minimum variable payment in Month 1.
Benefits:25 days PTO (includes winter closure), 11 paid holidays, Summer Fridays, health insurance, and a 401(k) match.
