micro1 is engaging Filmmakers to participate in a specialized video annotation project for a leading customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Review and assess video footage of robotic arms performing a variety of tasks, ensuring precise observation and evaluation.
2. Apply detailed video annotation by tagging or labeling sessions based on clear grading guidelines provided for each scenario.
3. Identify and document subtle nuances, task completions, and errors demonstrated by the robotic arms within the footage.
4. Utilize industry-standard video editing and annotation tools to deliver high-quality, organized datasets.
5. Collaborate with trainers and project stakeholders through written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and ensure consistency.
6. Maintain accurate records of annotations and support continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback on guidelines and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven experience in filmmaking, cinematography, or video production, with strong attention to visual and narrative detail.
2. Demonstrated expertise in video annotation and editing, preferably using common industry tools and software.
3. Background in reviewing, grading, or annotating video content for technical or training purposes.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot minute errors or inconsistencies in visual content.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain annotation decisions.
6. Experience participating in AI training or data labeling projects is highly preferred.
7. Self-motivated, independent, and able to deliver accurate work within defined project timelines.
