Field Marketer, North America

As a Field Marketer, you will own regional field strategy and activation for Vena’s North American business, translating regional market opportunity, Sales priorities and Vena’s global go-to-market strategy into integrated activations that generate and progress pipeline. You will identify high-value audiences, segments and account concentrations, then determine and execute the right field marketing mix across Vena-led programs, partner-led activations, industry and community events, webinars and other targeted experiences. You will also extend Vena's corporate Marketing activations through the regional ecosystem, identifying opportunities to engage partners, customers, prospects and communities around priority market moments. As the connection between Vena Marketing organization, you will bring regional market intelligence into GTM planning and adapt campaigns, content and programs to support regional activations.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that works closely across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Partners and Ecosystem, to turn regional opportunities into measurable business pipeline and revenue impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage North American field marketing strategy and activation, translating regional market opportunity, target-account concentration, pipeline needs and Vena's GTM priorities into an integrated field marketing plan.
• Identify and prioritize high-value segments, audiences and market opportunities using pipeline, account and market intelligence, then recommend the field marketing plays most likely to generate or progress demand.
• Own the end-to-end execution of regional field programs, including Vena-led events, partner-led and co- in market activations, industry/community opportunities, webinars, and other targeted programs that drive results
• Extend Vena's corporate event and campaign investments through the regional ecosystem, partnering with Vena's Events and Marketing teams to activate relevant partners, customers, prospects and communities around priority market moments.
• Partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Ecosystem and broader Marketing organization to align to regional activation with target accounts, active pipeline and priority GTM plays.
• Drive field activation from concept through conversion, including audience strategy, promotion, content requirements, vendors/logistics, attendee experience, lead capture, Sales follow-up and post-program nurture.
• Measure success through qualified demand, pipeline creation, conversion and revenue impact, establishing clear tracking, attribution and reporting requirements.
• Translate Vena campaigns, content and enablement into regional activation, identifying where localization or regional requirements are needed and bringing those requirements back to the appropriate Marketing or Enablement owner.
• Build strong relationships with North American partners and identify where partner expertise, audiences, and distribution can strengthen GTM programs and shared pipeline goals.
• Act as the regional market intelligence loop, ensuring regional insights, buyer feedback, field learnings, competitive intelligence and program performance flow back into broader marketing planning.

We'd Love to See

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, integrated demand generation or partner marketing, ideally within EPM SaaS or a high growth technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to identify regional or segment-level growth opportunities and translate them into integrated field marketing programs that generate and progress pipeline.
• Experience owning programs end to end, from audience and segmentation strategy through execution, Sales follow-up, and measurement of pipeline impact.
• Demonstrated experience in executing repeatable in person programs and events that deliver our brand experience, elevate buyer and customer engagement and deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Partners, Customer Success, and senior regional leaders.
• A hands-on, team-first approach and willingness to move between strategic planning and detailed execution based on what the business needs, along with comfort proactively bridging time zone and communication gaps across a globally dispersed team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create or localize compelling content and messaging for North American buyers and sales teams.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset with experience using pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance data to prioritize activity and evaluate impact.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, timelines, and follow-up actions concurrently.
• Confidence engaging with external partners, customers, vendors, and senior stakeholders, including supporting executive-level and CFO/Finance audiences.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including campaign and pipeline reporting.
• Experience marketing within or alongside the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft partners, Marketplace or Microsoft-aligned GTM motions.
• Travel (as required) to events

Base salary range 75,990-102,810 CAD *Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations. Your individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like work location, skills, experience and education. As you progress in your role, your compensation may adapt, offering flexibility for growth beyond initial levels.
